I LOVE THIS STUFF. It’s Smashbox’s Mascara Primer ($16.) Not only does it plump up the jamz volume, it has panthenol in…which I swear made my lashes grow longer. And because we all try to scrape every last morsel of mascara out of the side of the tube, I know you’ll appreciate the fact that with layering a mascara primer, you won’t have to apply many coats of your favorite mascara; lengthening your mascara’s life here on earth.
The best drugstore mascara primer is Maybelline’s XXL Volume + Length mascara. A primer on one side, mascara on the other.
